A home workout program you’ll want to do

These are not empty promises!

After studying the psychology of physical activity, I wanted to help more people find a fitness method that suits them. I change their perception so that exercise becomes a value, not a task!

I'm curious... what are your workouts like?

My behavioral approach changes your habits

"Josyanne suggested a program that evolved as I progressed. She made me realize that activities like working outside or dancing with my kids were great ways to get moving when you have less time. She also provided me with relaxation and nutrition resources to help me on my journey. I highly recommend her, you'll leave feeling fitter and more fulfilled!"

How does it work?

Complete support in the comfort of your own home

Video conference training? Really? Yes, because what's important to me is that we get to the root of why you can't change your habits. I propose one or two hours of exchange per week, so that you'll then want to get moving during the remaining 166 hours!

  • We'll set simple goals together
  • I'll propose a plan based on the activities you enjoy
  • I'll provide you with resources and tools to optimize your progress
  • Your fitness program will evolve over time
  • And then you won't need me to get you moving!

Frequently asked Questions

How much do your private training services cost?

It depends on your needs! My approach is completely personalized. Book a free consultation and we'll discuss it.

How long does a training program last?

To ensure a lasting change in your habits and to integrate physical activity into your routine, I generally suggest a three-month program, with one or two sessions per week. Of course, I can adapt to your specific needs. Book a free consultation and we'll discuss it.

Can we still move together?

Yes, of course, if that's what you need! My services are adapted to my customers' needs. Together we find a formula that suits you. So if you want to divide our time between discussions and practical exercises, we can do that!

How often should we meet?

At least once a week. Some customers choose two or three times a week, which works very well. But no more than that! You need time to progress on your own and establish habits in your routine without me.

What if I still need you at the end of my program?

That may surprise you, but it rarely happens! My clients are generally self-sufficient after the initial program. If you feel the need, I'm never far away. I can offer you monthly follow-ups.

Do private insurance reimburse your services?

If your insurance covers kinesiologists, my services are covered. I can issue an insurance receipt without any problem.

I've never done any sports, is this service for me?

A big YES, absolutely. I regularly work with clients who are not very active. There are so many ways to get moving, we will definitely find one that suits you.

I'm already very active, can you take me further?

Would you like a challenge? I'm up for it! As a former athlete myself, I can accompany you. How can you optimize your performance? How can you build stamina? We'll find the best option for you together.

Do I need gym equipment at home?

Not at all. Exercise at home doesn't have to be complicated (unless that's what you like!). I get you moving in your daily routine, in a way that works for you. No weight? Use your kids, your cat, a big book. Don't like running? Dance in your kitchen. Together, we adapt and find other ways to move.

I'm injured, can you help me?

Of course! I can even work with your osteopath, physiotherapist or other health professional. Together, we'll team up to find the right fitness program to get you moving again without risking injuries. Learn more here.

I have mental health problems, can you help me?

Absolutely! The effects of physical activity on mental health are well established. I've devoted part of my research to the impact of physical activity on the anxiety-depressive symptoms of women with breast cancer. Anxiety, depression, stress and many other conditions can be alleviated through an active lifestyle.

I'm pregnant, can I still be monitored?

Yes, no problem! If you're undergoing perineal physiotherapy, I can even work with that person to adapt your training program. Whether prenatal or postnatal, physical activity is always beneficial, as long as it's adapted.

Where do you practice?

Anywhere, since my services are online. Whether you're in Montreal, Toronto, elsewhere in Canada, or even traveling, I can accompany you.
