That's why I focus on teaching you movement sequences that can be easily integrated into your daily routine.

  • I'll provide you with resources and tools to optimize your progress

Frequently asked Questions

How much do your private training services cost?

It depends on your needs! My approach is completely personalized. Book a free consultation and we'll discuss it.

How long does a training program last?

To ensure a lasting change in your habits and to integrate physical activity into your routine, I generally suggest a three-month program, with one or two sessions per week. Of course, I can adapt to your specific needs. Book a free consultation and we'll discuss it.

How often should we meet?

At least once a week. Some customers choose two or three times a week, which works very well. But no more than that! You need time to progress on your own and establish habits in your routine without me.

Do private insurance reimburse your services?

If your insurance covers kinesiologists, my services are covered. I can issue an insurance receipt without any problem.

I'm a health professional, can I refer you to my patients?

With pleasure! I love collaborating with other professionals. I firmly believe that our approaches can complement each other and support patients' well-being. I'm always available to discuss my approach and the best ways to support the return to physical activity after trauma or surgery.

I've never done any sports, is this service for me?

A big YES, absolutely. I regularly work with clients who are not very active. There are so many ways to get moving, we will definitely find one that suits you.

Will I be able to get back into the same shape as before?

It all depends on the severity of your injury, your diligence and your goals. One thing's for sure, with the science of the behavioral approach and kinesiology behind you, you'll be on the right track.

Do I need gym equipment at home?

Not at all. Exercise at home doesn't have to be complicated (unless that's what you like!). I get you moving in your daily routine, in a way that works for you. No weight? Use your kids, your cat, a big book. Don't like running? Dance in your kitchen. Together, we adapt and find other ways to move.

I'm injured, can you help me?

Yes, absolutely. It's possible to do sport despite an injury. I can work with your therapist if you already have one. Sometimes it's also possible to move without therapy, so let's talk about that. If I see that you really need it, I can guide you towards trusted professionals.

What kind of problems can you help with?

I frequently work with musculoskeletal problems: knee injury, lower back pain, muscle pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, sports injuries, neck problems, ankle problems, functional rehabilitation, improving posture and the list goes on. I can also work with clients with physical limitations. In short, my field of expertise is quite broad! When in doubt, book a free consultation to explain your situation.

Are your programs safe?

Yes, of course! I have a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and a master's degree in kinanthropology. I've accumulated a lot of clinical and field experience through scientific studies. My approach is based on science and adapted to each patient's limitations.

Where do you practice?

Anywhere, since my services are online. Whether you're in Montreal, Toronto, elsewhere in Canada, or even traveling, I can accompany you.
